Not beating myself up...

Finally worked out for the first time in over a month. Not beating myself up, glad I am getting back into the swing of things. I've lost 28 lbs now and feel great, but I wonder how much I would have lost if I had exercised the whole time. Legs are a bit sore since it's been awhile but I feel good in general and that's what matters. Have also developed a daily habit of actually taking my vitamins which helps too. So keep on trucking, don't let your past failures stop you from future sucess.

Beautiful outdoor furniture by North 88 Outdoor. Pictured is the Manhattan Collection, a beautiful sofa and table arrangement in black rattan with lilac cushions and bent aluminium tube legs. The table is topped with tempered glass. Collection is a total of 6 pieces. Normally retails For $2,060.00 but right now has a price tag of just $1,646.

Silk Flora

Usually when I go to a website I quickly glance at the first few pages of products. When I went to LDFSilk, I window shopped the entire site. They have beautiful silk floral and naturals arrangements, trees, plants, as well as preserved plants. In addition, they also offer a wide selection of containers, accents, river rocks, and ground coverings for creating your own silk floral arrangements.

LDFSilk has a beautifully done website that is easy to shop. Prices listed are retail prices. However they do offer trade discounts for designers and the like. Arrangements vary is size and price, offering pieces for residential projects as well as commercial pieces from hospitality to office designs.
