Our spotlight falls on Ankasa today, and their beautiful collection of pillows, bedding, and organic furniture. The patterns and designs available are just phenomenal, colors are matched beautifully and instinctively draw the eye.

These unique banisters, railings, and gates created by Estate Metals, are the designs of Tom Schlosser. Tom works with metal fabricators to create these gorgeous custom designs. Estate Metals will work with you to design the perfect piece for your space at prices starting at $165 per linear foot. Numerous metals, colors, and finishes are available to suit your needs and space.

Beautiful outdoor furniture by North 88 Outdoor. Pictured is the Manhattan Collection, a beautiful sofa and table arrangement in black rattan with lilac cushions and bent aluminium tube legs. The table is topped with tempered glass. Collection is a total of 6 pieces. Normally retails For $2,060.00 but right now has a price tag of just $1,646.

North 88 Outdoor offers a selection of outdoor loungers, day beds, hanging chairs, sofas and chair & table sets for very reasonable prices. They'll lend a look of class to any outdoor space, and would look wonderful on any patio, poolside, or even sitting in the grass overlooking your garden.

Silk Flora

Usually when I go to a website I quickly glance at the first few pages of products. When I went to LDFSilk, I window shopped the entire site. They have beautiful silk floral and naturals arrangements, trees, plants, as well as preserved plants. In addition, they also offer a wide selection of containers, accents, river rocks, and ground coverings for creating your own silk floral arrangements.

LDFSilk has a beautifully done website that is easy to shop. Prices listed are retail prices. However they do offer trade discounts for designers and the like. Arrangements vary is size and price, offering pieces for residential projects as well as commercial pieces from hospitality to office designs.

There were so many items that I would love to share, but there's just too many, so I have included photos of a few of my favorites from the site.

I feel like I could sit down at this little desk and suddenly a novel could spring from my fingertips. Made from Pearwood and Black Walnut, this is a beautiful piece from their custom portfolio. Wall Climbing Love seat

I love this love seat. It feels so very much like something out of Dr. Suess, or possibly Beetlejuice. Was found on Master Blog a long with some other very original pieces. The piece is called the Canape and was designed by Lila Jang. I would love one of these in my home.

French Country

The French Country Decor Shop tells you how to turn used and new furniture into reproductions of old country French style furniture. It's a beautiful, clean and classic look. They refer to this as Shabby Chic, where they take something old and shabby and give it a chic new look. All I know is I love the clean lines, and the weathered look of the piece.

Pretty Things

This blog is a place for all the pretty things I see. I am an interior designer, and want to share some of the things I find. Right now, I have this great idea for a bedroom space done in a very old French Indian style in tones of beige and whites. While browsing Google images I found this photo of old French perfume bottles from Paris Couture Antiques, that they recycled beautifully. I love the bottles in their original state, but they really made them look beautiful and functional.
